I am writing this review on behalf of my father, I can’t recommend mobility centre enough, the customer serves is excellent, from the lady Joanne on the call back to the engineer, everything was done efficiently and expertly, Thank you. Mr Joseph Langley.

The chairlift engineers are always professional and reliable. Always, come out for routine 6 month check, which they did yesterday, making sure my Mum's chair lift is in perfect working order. And, are just a phone call way if needed.

From the first phone call to the office, through to the 2 guys walking out the door,following installation, the service was exceptional. The professional attitude they showed, from arranging a demonstration and a familiarity lesson, to keeping disruption down to the minimum, was first class. This is the second time I have used this company, repeat business is built on good customer service, this company ticks all the boxes

Exceptional Service from Start to finish , always kept updated by Jamie every step of the way and the guys who did the structure and building work were excellent as well , especially Ned and Gordon . Nothing was too much for them and we have got not one single complaint to make ! The lift itself is exactly what we needed for our son who has multiple Seizures everyday so can’t use the stairs ,it’s easy to use and pleasing on the eye , A great company to deal with .

I would highly recommend this company. Had my stairlift since 2018 , service and supply was excellent. Had to call them about a fault on my stairlift and they were out within half an hour. Very reliable, thanks .

Had a stair lift installed now for 6 years. Installation went without a hitch and the service since has been great. Friendly technicians and same day call out when needed.

Well ive never used this company but by the the way they park the vehicles at weekends is piss poor, had 1 all weekend block a junction on my street, can't see what coming down the road almost caused 2 crashes in 2 day plus kids in the street almost hit

I don't know how these clowns do business but given the lack of consideration of their workers in blocking a whole pavement with their van I don't hold out much hope of a good service

Would highly recommend the Mobility Living Centre. We had a new shower area fitted by the hardworking & friendly Pavel. Very friendly office staff too on the other end of the phone. Great service by all.

Incredibly helpful and professional people with a personal touch. Aside from the excellent work they did supplying and installing a stairlift for my father, they were sensitive and supportive during a difficult time for my family. Thank you so much to everyone at Mobility Living ❤️

Hi to everyone who reads my review. 3 year's ago I had through floor lift fitted for my husband phil who was diagnosed in 2015 with frontotemporal dementia. 2016 diagnosed also with progressive supernuctral palsy. Same shop company also installed ceiling teacking in living room. Through out me not or should I say fighting my own mind i wouldn't need it as I thought i could keep Phil a lot longer by myself before he would need it. All staff from longmoor lane mobility living are gifted. From start to finish. Sadly Phil died January 2024. I requested lift an tracking to be removed. Lads were only young. Well compared to me. How amazing all of those from being to this week of the removal are they. Respectful, caring, considerate, pleasant and manners outstanding ! I would recommend these people to anyone and everyone. My emotions then and now are still running wild. They were even so caring to me. If every company was like this how fantastic people who are dealing with trauma would be put at ease as work is carried out. Huge thanks to all at mobility living. Longmoor lane aintree. Your all amazing people. ❤️🙏X

Good experience getting a stairlift fitted by this company so went straight to them when we needed a bathroom adapting for my Dad who had suffered a stroke. Made contact with them regarding this mid May and booked an inspection. Inspection went well and further visit was made to look at the existing raised shower cubicle and plan the job. A pump would be required due to concrete floor. After this weeks went by with no contact. I made a couple of phone calls enquiring about the job and felt like I was chasing them. My last phone call I was told they were waiting on their pump supplier and I would receive a call. We are now nearly in September and I still haven't got that call. If this company didn't fancy the job then they should have just said that instead of just ghosting us and wasting our time. I was told it was a difficult job but one they could do. Due to being stuck in this period of waiting and waiting with little communication and no idea when the work would actually start, my Dad had to endure strip washes by a sink for much, much longer than was necessary. You would think a mobility company would have a bit more compassion and understanding for the unique clients they deal with and the difficulties they face. It came to a point where we had to move on for my Dad's sake. Phoned another company based in Broadgreen and they had us booked in within 2 weeks and done in 1 week. Now my Dad can finally shower for the first time in months. They did an excellent job for us and communicated fully throughout the process and kept us in the loop. These are great if you need a stairlift but I would think again if it's a bathroom because they may not fancy it.

Needed a stairlift fitted urgently for my Dad, explained this to the team over the phone , they sent the surveyor out same day and the lift was fitted next morning.. Amazing professional service from all involved from the phone call to the friendly chat with the fitters.. Thank you All

Amazing Service! Over the Christmas holidays my parents needed their chairlift fixed they had tried another place and been waiting months. Called here and they came out found what was wrong got the part and got the stairlift working extremely fast. Amazing staff and very friendly and really helpful. Will be using them again for any mobility requirements for my parents. 100% recommended
